International Risk Assessment and Horizon Scanning Symposium (IRAHSS)
The 5th IRAHSS was held from 16 to 17 July 2013 at the Raffles City Convention Centre. The symposium was organised by the National Security Coordination Secretariat at the Prime Minister’s Office. The theme for IRAHSS 2013 was “Strategic Foresight, Actionable Policies”. IRAHSS 2013 featured four panels which discussed the holistic approach in addressing the themes of Linking Foresight to Policy Development, Sense-making for Intelligent Policies, Emerging Issues for Policymaking, and Technology and Society.
